Growing up as an only child left me feeling lonely and unable to connect with others. During my second year of engineering, unexpected challenges left me feeling overwhelmed and isolated. After returning home, my parents took me to a psychiatrist, where I was diagnosed with clinical depression, anxiety, and OCD-related symptoms. It was a turning point in my life. Through therapy and medication, I began to work on myself, despite the added challenges of the COVID pandemic. After two years of hard work, I feel complete and happy. Now, I want to be a support system for others going through similar struggles, to be a light in their darkness and guide them on their path towards healing. It's never too late to start a journey towards a happier and healthier life. It wasn't easy but I healed myself & now I want to help you.
