about me

I recall feeling invincible during my school days as a star football player, but my life changed in an instant. The accident left me in unbearable pain with a back injury, and I felt like I had lost a part of myself. The nights became agonizingly long, and depression became my constant companion, like a tattoo on my mind. Despite feeling like the darkness was consuming me, I refused to let it win. Every day was a struggle, but I fought through it, one step at a time. The pain and memories will always be a part of me, but I have learned to live with them and be stronger for it. If you are going through a difficult time, know that you are not alone. It's okay to ask for help and know that with time and perseverance, you can come out of it stronger. Don't be afraid to reach out and let someone guide you through the darkness.
